I am interested in attending AmberCon Northwest, November 4-7, 2010 at McMenamin's Edgefield Bed & Breakfast in Troutdale, Oregon. I understand that my space is not reserved until I have paid my membership fee and received confirmation from the organizers. Payments will be refunded only if the convention is canceled.

2. I am committed to attending ACNW; here is my $30 towards my membership deposit, due by July 2, 2010. I understand payment in full is due August 21, 2010.

UPDATE: 8/27/2010 - Good news and bad news: Our rooming block for 2010 is FULL, unless you have a group that would like to book one of the hotel's "family rooms": a large room containing 4 bunk beds and a king bed that sleeps up to 6 people for $150 per night Sunday - Thursday, and $175 per night Friday and Saturday.

Please do still register here regardless. If you let me know what your first choice room would be, I will wait-list you.

To arrange lodging, not that there are several hotels within a mile or two of Edgefield. The only one I have any personal experience with is the Best Western Cascade Inn, just under a mile away: http://www.bestwesternoregon.com/hotels/best-western-cascade-inn-and-suites/

It is an average Best Western.

There are also Travelodges, a Motel 6, a Holiday Inn, and a Holiday Inn Express in the area. Please read the reviews carefully for any of these, as many are not particularly savory, but your mileage may vary.
