I am interested in attending AmberCon Northwest, November 6-9, 2008 at McMenamin's Edgefield Bed & Breakfast in Troutdale, Oregon. I understand that my space is not reserved until I have paid my membership fee and received confirmation from the organizers. Payments will be refunded only if the convention is canceled.

1. I am so interested that I can commit to helping make ACNW 2008 a reality; I'm sending out my membership fee to Simone right now. (see address below)
2. I am committed to attending ACNW; here is my $30 towards my membership deposit, due by July 2, 2008. I understand payment in full is due August 31, 2008.

F. Gaming* King -- one king bed $75 / night Mon-Wed; $45 / night Thu*; $64 / night Fri-Sun*. Maximum 2 people.
G. Gaming* Double Queen -- two queen beds $80 / night Mon-Wed; $50 / night Thu*; $69 / night Fri-Sun*. Maximum 4 people.

* Game Rooms: These are suites reserved for game play and the listed price includes a $30 discount from ACNW for gaming nights. Be advised that while we will do our best to make sure that the rooms are used for games you are actually in, in exchange for the discount the game space will be scheduled at the discretion of the organizers.
